What you'll do

• Handle inbound material procurement inquiries
• gather photos and specifications and identify products
• follow up on quotes, proposals, and orders
• track shipments and proof of delivery
• support data entry, inventory tracking, and bid information gathering
• maintain CRM and material management records
• assist with client research and outreach
• request customer reviews.
