What you'll do

• Prepare menu items using standardized recipes
• cook with broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
• maintain quality, portion control, and plate presentation
• follow food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• work with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• help with opening or closing shifts as needed
• and clean and maintain the station.
