• Collaborate with the president on school policies, direction, and vision

• supervise and work with faculty and staff to implement high school programs
• support departmental leaders in admissions, advancement, campus ministry, and athletics
• promote academic leadership, student well-being, faculty recruitment and retention, and thoughtful technology use.
