What you'll do

• Develop Force Design Updates in accordance with Army regulations
• analyze personnel data and recommend workforce solutions
• coordinate with CASCOM and TRADOC stakeholders
• maintain and update force structure data in FMSWeb and IPPS-A
• support Military Occupational Classification System updates
• participate in planning teams and assessment efforts
• produce data visualizations and monthly reporting products.
