What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or community settings
• implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for clients ages 2–21
• use discrete trials, natural environment teaching, skill-building, and reinforcement methods in line with treatment plans
• collect and enter behavior and skill-acquisition data
• collaborate with a BCBA, clinical team, and families
• participate in clinical meetings and ongoing training
• maintain professional boundaries and ethical compliance.
