What you'll do

• Lead site Quality Assurance and Food Safety functions
• ensure compliance with FDA and industry requirements
• manage quality systems
• support continuous improvement
• oversee CAPA, customer complaints, holds, and nonconformance management
• conduct root-cause analysis and corrective action
• support customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
• apply SPC
• manage change control and product launches
• lead and develop the Quality team.
