Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Cedar City, UT, and is part-time, with pay of $16.50 per hour. TURN Community Services supports people with developmental disabilities through residential living and other community services. The role helps individuals with developmental disabilities live as independently and fully as possible. It provides daily-living support, life-skills teaching, and guidance to help people participate in their communities, build relationships, pursue employment, and enjoy recreation.

What you'll do

• Support medication administration, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping
• teach life skills including financial and behavior management
• support community participation, employment, relationships, and recreation
• and model appropriate social skills and behaviors.
