The Sales & Customer Support Representative III is an onsite, full-time position in Milpitas, CA, with a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 per year. Fralock develops and manufactures engineered components and subassemblies for technically challenging applications across industries including semiconductor, medical, aerospace, defense, industrial, electronics, and energy. The senior customer-facing representative manages strategic accounts, quotations, contracts, and order execution. By coordinating with customers and internal teams, the role supports contract compliance, accurate forecasting, on-time delivery, and successful customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and projects
• respond to customer inquiries
• maintain CRM information
• prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations
• review contracts and customer orders
• manage expedite requests and customer portals
• assess customer requirements and contractual risks
• validate purchase orders against quotations
• administer applicable DPAS-rated orders and FAR/DFARS requirements
• resolve customer issues
• coordinate contract execution across departments
• report delivery, backlog, forecast, and quotation metrics
• negotiate scope changes and amendments
• protect ITAR-controlled and proprietary information.
