The Customer Experience Specialist, also called a Deck Ambassador, works onsite in Miami, FL. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports British Swim School’s poolside swim-school program and its mission to help people become safe and happy swimmers. The specialist prepares the pool deck, welcomes students and families, answers program questions, and assists instructors and managers. The role helps create a positive customer experience while supporting safe, organized swim lessons.

What you'll do

• Set up and break down the pool deck area
• check water chemistry and temperature before lessons
• welcome students and parents or guardians
• answer questions about accounts, student progress, and the program
• assist swim instructors and managers as needed
• and post media content and monitor social media platforms.
