The Business Solution Consultant (TS/SCI) works onsite five days per week in a secure SCIF environment in the Northern Virginia/DMV area; the listing location is Reston, VA. What you'll do
- Lead business analysis and process consulting on assigned projects
- represent the Business Solutions function and provide customer-focused guidance
- facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
- document requirements and current-state processes
- apply analysis and prioritization techniques
- develop user stories, acceptance criteria, goals, and process documentation
- facilitate product demonstrations
- collaborate with customer and delivery teams
- advise on business analysis, process optimization, and ServiceNow capabilities
- perform quality assurance on deliverables
- support user acceptance testing, including planning, execution, and issue resolution
- may mentor peers.

Why this role
