Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise and evaluate assigned staff
• identify preventative maintenance needs for equipment and structures
• collaborate with plant management on plant status
• develop work plans and procedures and maintain records
• assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• manage supplies, equipment, materials, and chemicals
• participate in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• prepare SOPs and technical reports
• ensure safety and procedural compliance
• direct contractors and consultants as needed
• initiate staff training requests.
