The role supports residents through monitoring, conversation, referrals to appropriate services, crisis response, and accurate records while protecting guest privacy.

What you'll do

• Monitor residents and enforce rules to support safety and wellness
• maintain a peaceful environment
• converse with guests and direct them to appropriate services
• maintain confidentiality
• use de-escalation techniques
• contact first responders when needed
• respond to crises and consult the manager
• maintain incident reports, case notes, and other records.
