The role coordinates diligence and deal teams, negotiates transaction documents, and builds client relationships throughout the investment lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and other corporate transactions
• lead transactions through closing
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• coordinate due diligence, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams
• advise on transaction strategy, governance, and post-closing integration
• collaborate across specialty practices and maintain client relationships.
