Analytical Chemist Technician Intern, Summer 2027

Job overview

The Analytical Chemist Technician Intern role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Compensation is $20–$40 per hour; a $2,000 housing stipend is available to students relocating more than 50 miles from home and university. The PDx lab develops, qualifies, validates, and implements assays for therapeutics, biomarkers, and pathogens.

What you'll do

• Support experiments involving immunoassays, nucleic acid detection, and LC-MS/MS assays. Work with biological and chemical materials in a BSL-2 environment
• support biospecimen collection, processing, and analysis
• train on and maintain laboratory instruments
• follow SOPs
• perform assays under direction or independently
• and analyze results.
