What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• follow security procedures, site policies, and emergency response protocols
• respond calmly to incidents and medical emergencies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• assist with directions and escorts as needed
• report unusual conditions and policy violations
• prepare incident reports and communicate with supervisors and site contacts.
