What you'll do
- Provide individual and/or group supportive counseling focused on coping skills, psychosocial support, relapse prevention, and daily living stabilization
- help clients identify strengths and resources
- support navigation of housing, employment, education, healthcare, and community systems
- facilitate problem-solving, communication, and self-advocacy skills
- document services in compliance with WV Medicaid and agency standards
- collaborate with clinical staff and community partners
- participate in treatment team meetings

Why this role
