Scheduling Coordinator

The role helps keep provider schedules organized and supports timely, courteous communication with patients and care partners.

What you'll do

• Schedule and reschedule clinical provider appointments
• contact patients, communities, and partners to align and confirm schedules
• review and update patient demographic and insurance information
• prioritize tasks
• maintain provider appointment loads
• handle voicemails and ensure inquiries are addressed
• provide prompt, courteous service.
