What you'll do

• Process weekly union and non-union payroll
• verify time entries and job-costing codes
• prepare certified payroll reports
• ensure prevailing-wage compliance
• prepare invoices and track receivables
• support close processes and financial reporting
• maintain the general ledger
• oversee percentage-of-completion accounting and job-cost reporting
• reconcile project costs and identify cost overruns or billing gaps.
