Pay is $14–$20 per hour. Caring Transitions of Chesapeake & Virginia Beach West handles estate sales, online auctions, relocations, and clear-outs. This role supports both online auction preparation and in-person estate sales, helping organize and present estate items, assist customers, and handle sale operations with care and accuracy.

What you'll do

• Sort, stage, organize, and photograph estate items for online auctions
• assist with item descriptions, inventory tracking, customer pickup, and shipping preparation. Set up in-person sale spaces, assist customers, answer basic questions, process transactions, help with pricing adjustments and breakdown, maintain organized workspaces, follow procedures for estate property, and perform light lifting as needed.
