Weekend Phlebotomist

The Weekend Phlebotomist is an onsite position in Basking Ridge, NJ, scheduled every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. The role supports IVI RMA’s fertility-care services, including laboratory procedures used in infertility diagnosis and treatment. The phlebotomist collects and processes patient specimens while coordinating with clinical staff. The work helps maintain specimen integrity and supports a reassuring patient experience during fertility care.

What you'll do

• Identify patients
• explain and perform venipuncture or other required specimen collection
• draw blood, label and centrifuge specimens
• store and transport samples according to procedure
• comply with OSHA and DEP regulations
• maintain a clean, stocked phlebotomy area
• reassure patients and help ease anxiety.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of recent venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting; phlebotomy program completion is highly preferred.
