Part-Time Donation Services Associate — West Store

The Part-Time Donation Services Associate — West Store role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. Pay is $16.45 per hour. The associate is a first point of contact for customers donating items at Goodwill retail or donation centers. The role helps keep donations moving safely and efficiently by welcoming customers, unloading and sorting items, assessing their condition, and maintaining an orderly donation area. It also supports donation-center operations through supply, inventory, and truck coordination when assigned to a remote site.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and answer product questions
• unload donations
• handle and sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas
• inspect donations and determine whether items are suitable for the sales floor or shipment elsewhere
• maintain a safe, clean, organized donation entrance and parking area. When applicable at remote sites, follow opening and closing procedures, stock supplies, track donation levels, report capacity concerns, and assist drivers with loading or unloading.
