Parts Sales Representative

The Parts Sales Representative is an onsite role in Olathe, KS. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour. The position supports KCAC Aviation’s Parts Department and serves customers seeking aircraft parts and components. The representative manages inside sales from initial inquiry through order completion, providing accurate pricing and availability, preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers. This work supports customer service and the department’s sales and profitability while helping ensure orders are documented and fulfilled accurately.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels
• identify part, quantity, condition, certification, and delivery requirements
• research inventory, part numbers, pricing, and availability
• prepare quotes and communicate product and shipping details
• follow up on quotes and inquiries
• process and verify purchase and sales orders
• coordinate order preparation and shipment with Shipping and Receiving
• monitor open orders and communicate changes
• assist with returns and post-sale issues
• maintain accurate customer and transaction records
• protect confidential information
• cross-train in Parts Department duties and provide support as needed.
