What you'll do

• Maintain employee schedules and staffing data
• coordinate and post hourly staff schedules
• notify personnel of call-ins and assist with coverage
• maintain attendance records
• develop and implement infection prevention and control programs and policies
• oversee antibiotic stewardship and infection-risk care activities
• lead the Infection Prevention and Control Committee
• participate in the QAA Committee
• educate staff, residents, and families
• notify public health of reportable diseases
• maintain program documentation.
