What you'll do

• Perform polarity and continuity tests
• learn and conduct operational tests of home functions
• perform dielectric testing
• install and test GFCI and ceiling fan switches
• complete electrical crossovers
• identify panel boxes and breaker locations
• troubleshoot electrical faults
• conduct final home inspections for function, completion, and HUD code conformance.
