What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls
• maintain technicians’ daily schedules and dispatch them to service calls
• communicate with homeowners and technicians
• schedule annual maintenance
• document warranties and rebates
• perform data entry and filing
• maintain maintenance-contract and customer databases
• communicate with managers, employees, and customers.
