What you'll do

• Coordinate recruiting activities and third-party recruiting partnerships
• manage onboarding, orientation, exit interviews, and required employment documentation
• maintain onboarding materials
• support employment-law compliance and policy review
• track mandatory training
• administer HR information systems and employee records
• coordinate benefits vendors and employee inquiries
• support open enrollment and benefits presentations
• communicate organizational changes
• respond to employee questions about benefits and leave
• support audits and reporting.
