What you'll do

• Install, service, repair, troubleshoot, and inspect commercial and industrial overhead doors, opening systems, loading docks, and dock-leveling systems
• perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose mechanical systems and electrical circuits
• check installation, balance, and clearance
• serve as the primary customer contact in the service area
• mentor technicians and liaise with management.
