The role assists the local manager with team leadership, sales, guest service, and daily operations. It helps deliver a smooth Santa photo experience by supporting staffing, training, inventory, equipment setup, and customer issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with recruiting and administrative tasks.
