Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member position is an onsite role located in Cambridge, OH. 50/hr for overnight hours, and this role supports the store operations team at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership by example to store team members, ensuring high-energy service and operational excellence. The lead member is responsible for mentoring staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient task delegation and hands-on support.

• Welcome customers with top-tier service
• prepare quality food and beverages to specifications
• mentor and coach team members
• manage product ordering, merchandising, and rotation
• maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
