What you'll do

• Use therapeutic interventions, facilitate groups, support conflict resolution and de-escalation, and teach resident skills
• monitor residents and maintain facility security
• document incidents
• administer medications according to physician orders and provide basic first aid as needed
• support daily activities, intake, orientation, recreation, schoolwork, and discharge documentation
• communicate observations and recommendations to the team.
