What you'll do

• Create and carry out activities that build communication, socialization, self-advocacy, hygiene, grooming, community-resource, health, housekeeping, travel, and safety skills
• orient participants to community volunteer sites and safety routines
• train participants in site tasks when indicated
• develop coaching strategies to support skill acquisition and independence
• support participant safety and travel training
• maintain a safe environment
• document services in compliance with requirements
• drive participants to activities
• attend team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences.
