Construction Manager — Restaurant Development, Midwest or East Coast

The Construction Manager — Restaurant Development, Midwest or East Coast role is remote and field-based, with a location near a major airport in the Midwest or East Coast and travel up to 30%. Compensation is $115,000–$125,000 per year. The role supports Playa Bowls’ Development team and its growing restaurant franchise network. The manager oversees and assists franchisees with planning and delivering new and existing shop construction, coordinating internal and external partners to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety and brand standards.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project planning with franchise owners, operators, architects, engineers, and other parties
• use FranConnect and general contractor project trackers to align franchisees, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• resolve construction and design issues
• schedule projects and prepare budget estimates
• communicate budget progress and costs
• adjust resources to address delays or complications
• oversee construction and maintenance activities and jobsite safety
• develop store buildout standards
• support franchise owners with budgets, contractor selection, contract negotiations, and brand standards.
