What you'll do

• Visit single-family homes
• photograph and document property conditions and observed issues
• provide professional customer service
• maintain confidentiality
• perform light maintenance when needed, including carrying and using ladders, replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters, and fixing door stops
• work independently under company guidelines.
