Engineering Manager, Identity and MFA Modernization

What you'll do

• Coordinate planning across identity engineering, application owners, operations, helpdesk, and change-management teams
• guide discovery and design of Entra ID authentication and Conditional Access approaches
• coordinate enrollment, testing, pilots, defect triage, phased cutovers, and stabilization
• manage dependencies and delivery risks
• coordinate SMS and voice MFA retirement
• maintain roadmap, status, RAID, and decision tracking
• support documentation and knowledge transfer
• provide readiness findings and recommendations.
