Youth Prevention Specialist, Part-Time

What you'll do

• Provide direct services to LGBTQ+ youth in Hatch groups and other settings
• implement programming with Youth Services leadership
• conduct outreach and education
• deliver grant-approved curriculum in approved community settings
• track and submit required data and reports
• build community partnerships and connect youth to the center
• maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
• participate in required meetings and trainings
• help plan special activities and events
• respond to crisis situations under direction
• work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Why this role
