What you'll do

• Manage referrals, insurance verification, tours, and move-ins
• build relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and community referral sources
• market short-term rehabilitation and ventilator/respiratory programs
• track census, referrals, and conversions
• report admissions performance
• coordinate with the Administrator and clinical team.
