What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the team when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent
• assist with cash handling, opening and closing, and KPI tracking
• provide product knowledge and recommendations
• build and maintain a client book
• work toward sales targets

• maintain store standards and stock replenishment
• support new hires and team development
• create an inclusive, personalized shopping experience.
