What you'll do

• Welcome and assist members
• promote and refer credit union products and services
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• resolve inquiries and concerns
• make outbound member calls
• complete wire transfers and other specialized transactions
• balance cash drawers and assist with vault operations
• document member interactions
• complete required training
• support branch operations and staffing as needed.
