Water/Fire/Mold Cleaning Technician

Job overview

The Water/Fire/Mold Cleaning Technician role is an onsite position in Granite Falls, NC. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and certifications. The technician supports Paul Davis property emergency restoration services. The technician performs mitigation and remediation work after property damage, helping customers in the community during recovery. The role contributes to project completion through restoration services, customer communication, and care of company equipment.

What you'll do

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation according to company and industry specifications under the Mitigation Manager
• create Matterport videos for estimators and adjusters
• provide customer service
• maintain a clean, stocked, and organized truck and company equipment
• assist with warehouse and facility tasks and other team members
• participate as necessary in the on-call schedule.
