What you'll do

• Greet families
• answer questions about facility layout, lessons, programs, and amenities
• direct families to lessons or the front desk
• manage lobby flow
• assist with retail and snack shop purchases using the POS system
• maintain clean, dry, safe lobby, restroom, and changing areas
• conduct tours and support events or birthday parties as needed.
