What you'll do

• Monitor site conditions continuously and triage alarms and incident alerts
• assist with incident response and management across a 24/7/365 team
• support incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• assist in facilities operations strategy, safety procedures, training, reporting, and tool rollouts
• help develop BMS/EPMS training and reports
• manage multiple project deliverables and prioritize resources under pressure.
