What you'll do

• Inspect equipment and identify repair needs
• perform general repairs such as drywall, painting, and fixture repairs
• maintain building structures and mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems
• assist coworkers with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and CEP maintenance
• follow safety, health, and environmental procedures
• and perform scheduled or unscheduled repairs. May assist licensed trades personnel or perform other listed support duties.
