Licensed Clinical Assessor

What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial and clinical assessments using structured interviews, evidence-based tools, and collateral information
• apply current diagnostic criteria
• develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to quarterly reviews, counseling, and discharge planning
• maintain confidential clinical documentation and report compliance concerns
• provide brief interventions, psychoeducation, and motivational support
• coordinate referrals and communicate with care teams
• maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education.
