What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, scheduling, and financial objectives
• coach and develop managers and employees
• support food and labor cost management
• maintain guest service, cleanliness, product, and hospitality standards.
