What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate customer service installations.
• Manage the Service Entry Sheet process for contractor payments.
• Ensure timely closure of field work orders in SAP.
• Develop and maintain data reporting systems and dashboards.
• Analyze field inspection data to generate performance insights.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

Several years of general administrative support role preferred; equivalent experience in support roles involving scheduling, data entry, and MS Office may be substitute.
