Probate Paralegal

What you'll do

• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and probate and trust filings
• coordinate law office activity and process servers
• organize case files and client documentation
• gather information through client interviews
• track deadlines and case progress
• assist with legal research, trial preparation, asset identification, trust funding, and estate document execution
• communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, courts, and other third parties
• handle confidential information discreetly.
