What you'll do

• Lead carrier procurement staffing, daily execution, performance, and team environment
• hire, onboard, train, and coach team members
• set expectations and manage KPIs and scorecards
• address underperformance
• develop carrier networks and repeat capacity
• manage procurement growth, coverage, volume, and margin
• oversee buy-rate expectations and exceptions
• support sourcing strategy, load setup, carrier coverage, TMS discipline, and handoffs to Visibility
• partner with account management, Sales leadership, Yield, and Visibility.
