What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop perioperative leaders and clinical staff
• oversee daily operations, quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and hospital leadership
• manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, budgets, and resources
• monitor quality metrics and implement process improvements
• support employee engagement, professional development, succession planning, and retention
• collaborate on strategic initiatives for Surgical Services.

Requires a current Arizona Registered Nurse license or eligibility for Arizona licensure, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and progressive perioperative nursing leadership experience.
