The Director, People role is onsite in Palo Alto, CA, with an annual base salary of $210,000–$273,000, plus eligibility for corporate bonus and equity plans. The director leads the People function and team while partnering with executives on workforce strategy and overseeing employee lifecycle operations across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. The role supports a compliant, scalable employee experience through people programs, payroll and benefits coordination, employee relations, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Set People strategy and translate business priorities into workforce plans and operating practices
• oversee the employee lifecycle across the U.S., U.K., and Europe
• advise managers and support employee relations, accommodations, performance, and separations
• lead and develop the HR Generalist and Senior Payroll/Benefits Manager
• oversee payroll, benefits, leave, employee data, reporting, vendors, compliance, and audit support
• contribute to compensation and equity programs
• coordinate international employee support
• improve People systems, data, processes, and communications.
