The Registered Nurse — Wound Care, Home Health role is onsite, serving Spring, TX, North Houston, The Woodlands, and surrounding communities. Compensation is $50 per hour. What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments

• provide wound, skin, ostomy, and continence treatments and dressing changes
• monitor healing progress
• educate patients and caregivers on wound management
• document care
• collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
